Terms & Conditions of Entry

General

1. Participation in this Competition, including details on how to enter and the prizes available, is governed by these Terms and Conditions. By entering, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and other references to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Eligibility

3. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over, excluding employees of The Mama Style and their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with the organization or judging of the competition.

4. The competition is promoted by The Mama Style Co Pty Ltd (ACN 668 749 835), located at [Building 1 Ground, 2/630 Mitcham Road, Mitcham VIC 3132, Australia]

How to Enter

5. To enter, participants must follow the entry requirements as outlined in the competition details. Specific conditions related to the entry method are detailed therein.

6. All entries must include complete and accurate contact details, such as a valid email, to qualify for the prize draw. Entries must be made personally by the entrants. Any entry that is incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, or inaudible will be deemed invalid.

Entry Limit

7. Participants may enter the competition as frequently as specified in the competition details.

Dates

8. This competition runs from Wednesday 15 of May, 2024 at 9:00 AM to Sunday, 2nd of October, 2024 at 12:00 PM. All times are in AEST, based on the location of the promoter. The final draw will be conducted no later than 4:00 PM on Monday 3rd October 2024 Should a draw date fall on a public holiday in VIC, the draw will be held on the next business day.

9. Specific start, close, and draw dates for each individual competition are detailed separately. All draws will be conducted at the promoter’s premises.

10. The promoter ensures that all entries have an equal chance of winning.

11. Winners will be notified by email within two business days following the draw and will be announced on Facebook/Instagram as outlined in the competition details.

12. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of the draw.

13. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.

14. Winner will receive $500 to use on any brands available via The Mama Style Co. store.
