The skin-to-skin nursing top
Skin to skin is so important in the first 6 weeks. I loved the soft feel and ease of this nursing top. It was perfect for around the home and when visitors came over during cluster feeding times. Better still, baby was warm and safe. It’s made with OEKO-TEX® certified, GOTS-approved fabric, so it wasn’t too hot for baby. I’ve fed him before in a really hot top and it didn’t end well! I’m so glad I bought this top.
Everyday black zip hoodie
I live in sweatshirts and love a simple black one for around the house or dashing down the road. It’s just simple! This is so handy for feeding on pram walks and any spills just wipe out. I actually have two, and two pairs of the matching joggers too. They just work.
The stylish tee with secret nursing access
H&M have an amazing range of stylish nursing tees that still look like regular clothes. What I like about my stripe top is it’s on trend but there’s discreet access for nursing. Perfect for cafes or restaurants.
A fancier nursing top you can wear to work
For any work meetings or formal catchups, I’ve gone with this sleeveless v-neck. It comes in pink and black (I have black) and the quality is out of this world. It’s great with a pencil skirt or jeans and pointy-toed shoes.
The hottest sports bra
Not necessarily a top but a sports bra I love to wear, nursing or not. Nike’s quality continues into their maternity range with this amazing bra. It offers mid level support plus the ability to pull the bra to one side to feed or pump. I can’t say enough about Nike’s maternity range!
The easiest feeding top
I love our brand partner Boob Design for its commitment to sustainability and style. This is one of my fave tops. It’s so easy to feed in public with this one. I love a cotton knit as it’s not so smothering and still works to keep me warm. The color is perfect too.
The nursing bra alternative
Being a breastfeeding mum, I feel like I have to wear a bra all the time! But there are times when I really don’t want to . That’s where these camis come in so handy. Firstly, they have an inbuilt bra. I don’t leak too much, but it still means I don’t leak through. The straps come off easily for nursing and just like every other Hotmilk bra, it’s really comfortable.
The hottest tee (that happens to be nursing friendly)
My absolute favorite brand for nursing in style is Apéro Label’s maternity and breastfeeding range. I have two tops I keep on firm rotation. The first is the plain white tee and the second is a more elevated option. Both are incredible.
The before, during and after linen shirt
Finally the linen shirt. My go to before, during and after pregnancy. Wildly on-trend right now, I always feel good in it.
